Delivery:

• Made-to-order items take approximately 6 weeks for production and despatch

• Orders are dispatched Monday –Friday, excluding UK public holidays

• We will send a confirmation email with your tracking number to confirm that your order has been accepted and despatched. 

 

Your parcel will be delivered by Fedex, UPS or Royal Mail Special Delivery, delivery fee as below: 

UK: Complimentary/FREE

EU: £20

Other destinations: £30

• For 'IN STOCK ITEMS', items exclusive of rings and earrings can be returned/exchanged within 28 days;

• Made-to-order and customised items are not eligible for return/exchange and refund;

• We do not offer return/exchange and refund on rings as each ring is made-to-order for different sizes, please do check your finger/ring size prior to ordering; 

• We do not return/exchange and refund on earrings due to hygiene reason.
